We are in network with many dental insurances, it is advisable to find out from your insurance company if there are limitations to seek treatment with in network vs outside network providers.
Your insurance is a contract between your employer and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company, and not our dental office. It is important to understand your deductibles, coverages and maximum allowable benefits. We can always send a prior authorization to your insurance company for the services needed.
If your insurance carrier pays under the estimated amount, you will be responsible for any remaining unpaid balance prior to the treatment.
